Q. My new Subaru is already covered by a warranty-why do I need this
Maintenance Plan?
A. You are responsible for proper maintenance of your Subaru during
the factory warranty. In addition to covering maintenance, the
Maintenance Plan provides dispatched towing, roadside assistance,
as well as allowances for rental car, hotel and meals necessitated by
warranty repairs during the plan term.
Q. What should I do when it is time to have scheduled maintenance
performed on my Subaru?
A. We will send you service coupons that can be redeemed at any
participating Subaru dealer. The Maintenance Plan is honored
throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Q. What if I sell my Subaru before the Maintenance Plan expires?
A. To enhance resale value, any remaining coverage can be transferred
to a subsequent owner for a small service fee. Or if you prefer, you
can cancel your plan and apply for a pro rata refund.
Q. What should I do if I need roadside assistance?
A. Cross Country Motor Club will send you a separate package which will
provide a 24 hour toll-free emergency number to call, as well as
detailed information about the many other services available to you

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
The Maintenance Plan does not cover services required or performed prior to issuance of the plan or by other than an authorized Subaru dealer within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
Any costs for additional items or services performed at the time of scheduled maintenance visits are your responsibility.
Pape Subaru is in the process of building a new
state-of-the-art Subaru store right next door to our current Subaru dealership
near South Portland, Saco, Biddeford,
Scarborough and Portland. This
facility will be like no other Subaru dealership in the northern New-England
area. Built with customers in mind, this new store will have an indoor heated
delivery bay, heated indoor service drive-through, free WIFI, LCD flat screen HD
TV and a customer service waiting area equipped with computer access. We will be
