    My sales career started 22 years ago when my wife and I moved to Maine from Michigan. My wife Lisa and I are beginning our 25th year together and we have 2 wonderful daughters - Samantha and Emily. In my free time, when I'm not on the golf course, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family and friends.

    I began my career at Pape Chevrolet in February 1989 in the sales department and moved into management in 1992 with the Mitsubishi franchise. When Pape acquired the Subaru franchise in 2008, I jumped at the opportunity to manage this new product! The quality and customer service vision of Subaru is world renowned and I did not want to miss the opportunity of working with a company that is committed to their customer and the environment.

    First I would like to thank you for visiting our website and considering us for the purchase of your next automobile. My position at Pape Subaru is the Business Manager. I fell into this profession by accident, as so many people do. After graduating from the University of Maine, I taught at Cheverus High School for 5 years in the math department and now have been at my current position for the past 20 years. I love what I do and feel especially fortunate to be working for the Pape family for over 3 years, one of the most respected names in the Maine automobile industry.

    When I am not working I enjoy boating on Sebago Lake, playing a round of golf or getting together with family and friends.

    I live in Portland with my husband. I have 2 grown sons and a brand-new grandson who just happens to be in the most adorable baby in the world. I enjoy crafting with my trusty glue gun and have had a craft table at the St. Patrick's Christmas Bazaar for 30 years.

    I settled in Maine in the late 80's after spending an extensive time overseas pursuing education and traveling. My wife, Linda and I purchased a home in Bath in the mid-90's and have been there ever since. Our family has grown with the addition of Taylor our daughter and Shelby our dog. We love enjoying what New England has to offer and spending time with family and friends.  

    I have been with the Pape organization since 1999 and I am very excited to be part of the Pape Subaru team.

    I live in South Portland with my wife Lynn, youngest son Jakob, who is 14 and our yellow lab, Tasha (crazy girl). This year, I celebrate my eighth year selling Maine's favorite car, Subaru. To date, I've had the pleasure of working with over 1300 sold customers and forging some nice friendships too.  I'm a member of the South Portland Rotary Club. I enjoy this very much, particularly due to the club's focus on the local community and its' needs. I've a great love for sailing, which is what brought me to the Maine Coast in the first place. I moved from Maine Mall Motors to Pape Subaru in July of 2008. I've very much enjoyed working with the Pape family of dealerships and I'm very proud of the service and care provided to every customer at every level of business.

    I was born in San Diego, California many moons ago. After years of traveling the nation and living overseas, I settled in Maine in 2003. It was the down-to-earth people, pace of life and scenery that attracted me to stay.

    I now reside in Gorham with my wife and three beautiful daughters. When I am not at work I enjoy being with my girls.

    I also sing and play guitar in a 50's Rock N'Roll band, The David Angel Rock N'Roll Revue (www.davidangelandthememories.com) . Music is a passion and has given me the opportunity to travel the nation and meet all sorts of great people.

    I have never sold cars before but am happy to now be part of the Pape Subaru family. I immediately fell in love with Subaru due to their safety and reliability. I enjoy  representing a product that I believe in and love making a customer's day!

    Hello, My name is Vinnie Shaw and I have worked in sales at Pape since August of 1999. I am a local guy, born and raised in South Portland and now currently own a home in Gorham. My family is most important to me, my wife Kelly and 2 little daughters Audrey and Caroline. My hobbies include: fishing, camping, hunting, BBQs, campfires, and sports. My passion is NFL football and the San Diego Chargers. I have not missed a Chargers game on Television since 1998. I also closely follow the Red Sox, Celtics, Nascar and local High School Football.

    I was raised in Cumberland, attended the University of Miami, FL, and have spent most of my adult life in Maine. My construction management career took me to Arizona from 1998 thru 2006, when I moved back to Maine and settled in Scarborough with my wife Jessamy and our Black Lab Molly.

    I am new to the Pape family as an employee but, myself and my family has done business with the Pape's for over 30 years. I am excited to be here and represent the Subaru product line and interact with all the wonderful people in Southern Maine.

    I've grown up in Maine, spent my childhood in Auburn, and I currently live in Gorham. I have been with the Pape family since August of 2008. I'm proud to be part of an organization with such integrity representing a product so ideal for our demographic. I've found a good home here, and appreciate the help and support from mentors in my life.

    My interests and hobbies have always revolved around internal combustion (?I love motors!). I usually spend my free time exploring the outdoors and spending time friends and family. I also enjoy the ocean, kayaking, cars, skiing, camping, cooking, and mountain biking and driving as much as possible.

    I grew up in East Thetford, a small town in Vermont with a graduating class of 44 students. Then I graduated from Hesser College with a degree in Criminal Justice & Communications. I moved to Saco in 2008 with my fiancé, daughter and son.

    I have been in the automotive field since I could hold a wrench. My father owned his own garage and throughout my life growing up I worked in the shop learning the business until he retired in 1994. From that point on I found my path and sharpened my knowledge even further.  I started working for Subaru back in 2001 in Vermont as a Service Advisor and now work here at PAPE SUBARU since May of 2009.

    I have an extreme racing background due to the fact that my father raced professionally when I was growing up. So when I learned to drive I raced whatever I could, Go-karts, R/C cars, to open wheel dirt cars. I'm also a HUGE YANKEES FAN, as well as a big NASCAR racing fanatic!

    I won the Indoor Winter Blast Series at Victory Lane in Portland for Go-kart racing in the Flat kart division. Going 80mph around a track the size of a skating rink!  No seat belts or roll cage!

    I've lived in Maine since 2001 and grew up in Marlborough, MA.  My Subaru experience started in late 2003 and this past May I joined the team here at Pape Subaru. I am ASE Master and Subaru Senior Master Certified.

     

    I spend a lot of free time helping my family put together a restaruant in Lewiston called Wild Seasons.  I also spend as much time in the outdoors as I can.

    I have been an Automotive Technician for five years, three of them with Subaru.  I am factory trained by Subaru and have my state inspection license.  I attended and graduated from the Automotive Program at Central Maine Community College in 2007.  I am married to my wonderful wife and we just had out first child.  I love watching and playing sports.  I especially enjoy watching the Celtics!  I also enjoy spending time outside and camping.  You can often find me playing drums and bass guitar, as well as listening to music.

    I work in the Parts Department here at Pape Subaru and have been with Subaru for four years.  I enjoy working on cars, going to car shows, and riding my motorcycle.  Subarus are a great vehicle!  In fact, my Subaru is the only reason that I can get up my driveway in the winter!
