I just wanted to thank you and your team for taking care of Colleen's Legacy purchase. Between you and David, there were no hassles or game-playing, Colleen was taken care of in a professional manner from the start. As she probably told you, she had been into another local Subaru dealership recently and in my opinion not treated the way a customer should be treated. Pape was quite the opposite, and treated Colleen with respect. She received great customer service, a great deal and a great car, all the ingredients that make for a great buying experience!
